A leading manufacturing company in Essex County, Lasalle, is seeking a Corporate Manager – Quality and Customer Services to oversee ISO compliance and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of management experience in quality control and possess ASQ Quality Engineer certification. This role includes managing staff and championing problem-solving efforts while contributing to product quality. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as we are actively recruiting for a Corporate Manager – Quality and Customer Services reporting to the VP, Domestic Operations. In this position you will oversee the effective functioning of our integrated business management system which includes the registered ISO 9001 Quality Management System, as well as ISO 14001 environmental, ISO 27001 information security and customer services. Consideration will be given to candidates with ASQ Quality Engineer certification with ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 experience.

Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually
