We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as we are actively recruiting for a Corporate Manager – Quality and Customer Services reporting to the VP, Domestic Operations. In this position you will oversee the effective functioning of our integrated business management system which includes the registered ISO 9001 Quality Management System, as well as ISO 14001 environmental, ISO 27001 information security and customer services. Consideration will be given to candidates with ASQ Quality Engineer certification with ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 experience.

What we’re looking for
  • Oversee compliance with ISO9001:2015 registered quality control system
  • Support CenterLine’s Internal Auditing Team to ensure business processes are robust and effective
  • Manage staff responsible for CenterLine’s quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Lead a team who interface with customer quality personnel with timely and effective responses to product quality issues as they arise
  • Facilitate and champion CenterLine’s problem‑solving efforts by managing corrective action processes and mentoring team members on best practices
  • Support new product releases to ensure first time product quality (PPAP, APQP)
  • Manage Customer Services Group in determining and executing improvements that elevate the customer experience across CenterLine products and services
  • Hands‑on experience supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 management system standards
What you need to succeed
  • ASQ Quality Engineer certification preferred
  • 5+ years of Quality Team management experience
  • Expertise in process improvement and statistical methods
  • Demonstrated manufacturing experience
  • Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 management system standards
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills (written, oral)
  • Experience in delivering a superior level of service, support and insight in a team atmosphere

Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually
