We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and professional Corporate Executive / Legal Assistant to join our corporate team. This role requires a confident, proactive, and business-minded individual who is highly reliable and adaptable to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organizational skills, along with the interest and initiative to contribute to business development efforts. A primary responsibility of this opportunity will be working closely with a senior partner on our Canada Regional Board, contributing to the firm\'s growth strategy by helping to cultivate and maintain client relationships.

Support the partner with business development tasks, including scheduling meetings, travel agendas, coordinating client lunches and events, and arranging gift distributions.
