Job Summary

The Corporate Concierge will serve as the point of contact and will provide support the unit with administrative duties.

Now, If You Were To Come On Board As One Of Our Corporate Concierge, We’d Ask You To Do The Following For Us

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas.
  • Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues.
  • Setup conference rooms, including regular maintenance of white boards; may also involve occasional heavy lifting.
  • Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end users.
  • Check equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and manage any service or repairs.
  • Manage supplies, tidy café, and meet with vendors.
  • Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders.
  • Empty dishwashers and return clean dishes to cupboards.
  • Sort mail and update folders with staff changes.
  • Order stationery and maintain printer supplies.
  • Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs.
Qualifications
  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration required.
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
