YOUR ROLE :

As Legal Assistant, you will work closely with the senior members of management.

Your main responsibilities will include :

Coordinate board meetings, various other meetings and trainings and prepare required documents (agenda, Word et PowerPoint presentations, etc.);

Manage the IT support and the web platform for the board meetings;

Perform document filing, uploading of questionnaires and compilation of results by keeping the information up to date;

Coordinate the presentations by filing the meeting documents to the web platform;

Participate in various meetings by supporting the General Secretariat department;

Manage the agendas and meetings by following up on the results (minutes);

Provide support for various merger and acquisition transactions;

Provide administrative support to the team members.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • DVS in Secretarial Studies with legal specialization or DCS in Paralegal Technology ;
  • Experience as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal;
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of Diligent Boards an asset;
  • Proactivity and good time management;
  • Priority management and professionalism.
