A prominent financial services provider in Toronto is seeking a Senior Implementation Coordinator. This role involves leading the onboarding process for major Group Business Insurance clients, managing complex projects, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least four years of relevant experience, and strong project management skills. Familiarity with group business insurance products is essential. As a Senior Implementation Coordinator, you will lead the onboarding of major and complex Group Business Insurance clients for Desjardins, playing a strategic role in ensuring successful implementation and long-term client satisfaction. You will manage high-value, large market cases that require advanced coordination, precision, and collaboration across multiple teams. This role involves working closely with Account Executives and attending strategic meetings with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to align implementation plans with business goals. You will be responsible for navigating complex requirements, customizing solutions, and ensuring all aspects of the onboarding process are executed flawlessly. More specifically, you will be required to :
Serve as the lead point of contact for clients during the onboarding of large and complex group business insurance plans for Desjardins.
Manage end-to-end implementation for high-value clients, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Account Executives, internal departments, and appropriate management teams involved, including the RVP, to support business development and client retention.
Attend strategic meetings to represent implementation interests and contribute to planning and decision-making.
Analyze complex client requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet both client needs and Desjardins standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of all implementation steps.
Travel across Canada on short notice to support client onboarding, relationship-building, and strategic initiatives.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Proven experience managing complex projects and working with senior stakeholders
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and / or clients
Advanced intermediate knowledge of group business insurance products and services
Available for travel anywhere in Canada at a few days notice
