The Coordinator, National Visual Merchandising supports the overall vision behind product presentation and mannequin styling; partnering with all areas of the business to deliver directives, collateral and communication to all stores.

  • Project coordinate all assigned Visual Merchandising programs with National and Store Visual Merchandising teams
  • Liaise with cross-functional SSC teams as point person for Visual Merchandising strategy, creative, production, and execution for in-store implementation of Store, Operations, Merchant and Marketing programs, including but not limited to seasonal merchandising support, events, and vendor programs
  • Assist with the creation, production, and communication of National Visual Merchandising standards, guidelines, and directives
  • Partner with store teams, including but not limited to store Management, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising, in order to execute both localized and National Visual Merchandising programs
  • Support in-store Visual Merchandising teams with execution, logistics, and troubleshooting, while reinforcing brand standards and Holt Renfrew's point-of-view
  • Execute the national procurement of support tools, including but not limited to retail fixtures, mannequins, and props, assisting with design, research, distribution, delivery, payments, dismantle and inventory
  • Administrate National Visual Merchandising trackers, calendars, schedules, and briefs to ensure all key deliverables are met
  • Align quotes and costs with allocated budgets per program
  • Deliver all Visual Merchandising programs on time and within budget
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience within a retail environment
  • Previous knowledge of the production process as asset
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Able to use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Administrative experience an asset
