Qualifications

  • Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License.
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of CARs.
  • Proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate major inspections on aircrafts.
  • Have complete oversight of the full inspection work package and manage inspection flow.
  • Participate in problem solving and finding solutions.
  • Complete relevant technical documentation.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the overall coordination of MRO major inspections by ensuring all maintenance activities are accomplished in a timely manner as per company procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate major inspections on aircrafts;
  • Participate in all meetings related to the assigned major inspections;
  • Have complete oversight of the full inspection work package and manage inspection flow;
  • Review inspection work packages and coordinate all requirements regarding materials, parts, tooling and outside services;
  • Identify and track milestones with Maintenance Manager or Project Manager;
  • Participate in problem solving and finding solutions;
  • Assess all identified defects and provide information to rectify;
  • Complete relevant technical documentation;
  • Support purchasing when applicable;
  • Review work packs, billing groups and invoices for accuracy;
  • Responsible for all technical documentation and log releases;
  • Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
