Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Cook food using various methods: steaming, grilling, broiling, baking, or frying.
• Coordinate daily food supply inventory and submit orders.

Skills

Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods

Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

Experience with hot and cold food preparation

Education
