A leading Canadian company is seeking an Administrative Support professional in Stellarton. Key responsibilities include managing billing, providing support to the Contractor Sales team, and handling incoming calls. Ideal candidates will possess experience in D365 and Microsoft Office, along with strong attention to detail and customer service skills. What you will do:
Provide administrative support to the Contractor Sales team
Manage billing and invoicing
Receive and direct incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Photocopy, fax and maintain central filing systems and administration files.
Communicate with others involved in the process and letting a supervisor know when assistance is required to solve a problem
Other administrative duties as assigned
What you bring :
Experience with D365 and Microsoft Office is considered an asset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Can work independently with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Customer Service experience is considered an asset
Experience in a similar role is an asset
