Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Contract Negotiator for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Negotiator with a financial services background.

As a Contract Negotiator, our duties will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting legal counsel often when dealing with outside vendors.
• Supporting the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of business agreements.
• Supporting the administration of transactions by tracking the progress against important milestones.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or Law Clerk Certification (preference to those candidates with a Canadian, US or foreign law degree)
