The Contract Administrator position is an in‑office role located in the Greater Vancouver area and reports directly to the Lead Administrator.
The Contract Administrator provides critical administrative support to the BC Hydro contract by executing day‑to‑day operational tasks in a timely and accurate manner. This position is responsible for maintaining contract documentation, assisting with financial and work order processes, supporting training activities, and ensuring efficient and consistent administrative services. The Contract Administrator will work closely with team members and reports directly to the Administration Supervisor to help ensure overall contract success.

The expected salary range for this role is between $53,000‑62,000. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual performance bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
