About Us

At The Pink Skirt Project, we’re on a mission to empower women to break barriers, claim their space, and lead boldly.

We do this through The Society (our year-round coaching and community platform) and The Summit (our flagship event bringing together 450+ ambitious women every year).

We’re bold, fast-moving, and unapologetically ambitious, and we’re looking for a Content & Production Manager who shares that energy.

At the heart of everything we do:

Empower women: create the platforms, tools, and spaces where they rise.

Build with purpose: every project drives impact, not noise.

Keep it simple: clarity and focus scale faster than complexity.

What Applying Looks Like

We keep it simple and transparent. Here’s the process:

  • 1-min intro video (Loom, Vidyard, or Google Drive – share your link below)
  • Application review
  • 15-minute intro call
  • Strengths assessment – how you learn and do
  • Interview with leadership – values and culture fit
  • Paid test project – work with us, like you’re already on the team
  • Final call
  • Offer – if we’re both excited, we move fast
About the Role

As Content & Production Manager, you’ll drive the storytelling engine of The Pink Skirt Project. 95% of your focus will be on ideation, scripting, reporting, and analytics. The other 5% will be collaborating with our media team during shoots and productions to ensure our message lands with impact.

You’ll own the content calendar, align growth targets with content strategy, and use data to constantly refine and elevate our storytelling.

What You\'ll Do

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Lead ideation, scripting, and scheduling of all content
  • Ensure every piece of content aligns with growth and engagement goals
  • Write, storyboard, and structure content for maximum impact

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track performance across social, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Use insights to refine content direction weekly
  • Report follower growth, engagement, and campaign ROI

Production & Collaboration

  • Support during shoots (with our media team owning production)
  • Ensure brand voice and consistency across video and media projects
  • Collaborate on event-related content and highlight campaigns

Optimization & Growth

  • Test and experiment with formats, messaging, and platforms
  • Identify opportunities for higher reach and stronger conversion
  • Align content strategy with long-term follower and community growth
What You Bring

Required:

  • Strong creative and storytelling skills (writing, scripting, ideas)
  • Comfort with reporting, analytics, and data-driven iteration
  • Highly organized, able to manage content calendars and deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Passion for women’s empowerment and building community

Preferred:

  • Copywriting that connects and converts
  • Video editing skills (short-form, recaps, social-ready)
  • Full-stack marketing skills (email, paid, funnels)
  • Experience in events or community-driven brands
You\'re a Great Fit If You…
  • Love combining creativity with analytics
  • Thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments
  • Are detail-oriented but never lose sight of the big picture
  • Get energy from empowering women and telling meaningful stories
  • See content as a driver of real growth, not just “likes”
