Job Summary
As a Content Designer, you will play a critical role within a Human-Centered Design Practice team, collaborating closely with cross-functional experts to build customer-focused digital and physical experiences. You’ll transform complex ideas into simple, engaging content that enhances the customer journey and aligns with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily Pod Stand-Ups with team members
- Lead UX Writing and Content Design projects, producing content deliverables and iterating based on feedback
- Collaborate with the Human-Centered Design Practice (HCDP) and other partners to define content strategy aligned with business objectives
- Work alongside designers, accessibility specialists, legal, engineers, and developers to ensure cohesive and inclusive user experiences
- Create user interface copy that is clear, compelling, and aligned with design systems
- Contribute to brand voice, tone, and style guides
- Present content concepts collaboratively with design partners
- Support governance, workflow, and localization (including translation coordination)
- Participate in shaping team culture and quality standards
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of content design or UX writing experience
- Minimum 2 years in product design or digital experience creation
- Strong storytelling, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Experience writing for online, kiosk, voice, and audio interfaces
- Comfortable with collaborative, feedback-driven environments
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Financial or fintech product exposure
- Background in a design-related field (UX, industrial, visual, human factors)
- Experience navigating cross-functional or dynamic business environments
