The City of Dryden is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Construction Services Coordinator to join our team. As the Construction Services Coordinator you will be responsible for conducting reviews of preliminary and detailed design calculations and drawings for storm and sanitary sewers, sidewalks, and roads for new and replacement infrastructure projects. You will provide technical and administrative support in the preparation of tender documents and review engineering reports and drawings. Conduct on‑site inspections to ensure projects are progressing according to approved plans, specifications, timelines, budget and safety regulations. Review and coordinate pre‑engineering and construction surveys, contract layout, and grade verification during construction and recommend solutions based on knowledge of site conditions, methods, available materials, timelines and budgets. You will also assist with asset management under the direction of the Project and Asset Manager.
This position is a non‑union term position for a period of approximately twelve (12) months.
This position is forty (40) hours per week with an annual salary range of $84,681 - $92,040 based on qualifications, education and experience with benefits as per the Employment Standards Act.
