A leading engineering firm is seeking a Construction Manager for a brownfield/live Combustion Turbine Generation project in Holyrood, NL. This role involves managing contractors, overseeing compliance with plans, and ensuring project execution on schedule and budget. Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant experience and a degree in engineering or construction management. The opportunity is for an initial office-based and then on-site Construction Manager for a brownfield/live Combustion Turbine Generation project in Holyrood, NL. Office based portion includes providing construction management services through the design and early procurement stages. On-site portion is to manage the General Contractor as an Owner Representative to ensure the construction project is executed safely, efficiently, on schedule and on budget.
Opportunity is for a term position for the current length of the project May 2026 to approximately May of 2031, with the option to relocate to another project at an undetermined location.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
