Job Description:

As a Computer Technician specializing in Windows, Apple, and Linux systems, you will diagnose, repair, and optimize a variety of devices. This role focuses on high‑quality technical work while supporting our consumer and B2B clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair Windows and Apple hardware/software issues (e.g., macOS troubleshooting, component replacements).
  • Handle Linux‑based systems (e.g., server configurations, Ubuntu/CentOS repairs).
  • Perform data recovery, virus removal, and system upgrades.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to ensure efficient resolutions.
  • Document repairs and provide customer updates.
  • Assist with on‑site/remote support for B2B clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales team on custom builds and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in computer repairs, with a strong focus on Windows, Apple, and Linux systems.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), CompTIA A+/Linux+, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Server, macOS, Linux distributions, and hardware troubleshooting.
