Job Title: Batching and Compounding Associate

Pay: $21.00/hour

Location: Burlington, Ontario

Shifts Available: Days, Afternoons, Nights

Do you have previous experience in a batch making or compounding role within a manufacturing facility? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment? Then this may be the position for you! Our client in Burlington is hiring for day, afternoon and night shift Batch Makers and Batching Helpers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mixing liquid raw materials as per customer orders
  • Keep inventory records of batches and materials
  • Safely operate walkie forklift transferring batches to the line as required
  • Produce sample batches and troubleshoot batch issues
  • Support in bottling, mixing, or shipping / receiving as needed
  • Other general duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of compounding experience required
  • Experience working in a similar manufacturing environment required
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills and
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in warm manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable working in a scented area (manufacturing soap products)
  • Willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
