A leading consulting firm in Montreal is seeking a junior paralegal to support corporate law transactions. This role involves preparing corporate documents, maintaining corporate records, and conducting legal searches. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in law, a minimum of one year of experience, and strong organizational skills. The position is hybrid, requiring in-person presence in Montreal.

We are looking for a junior paralegal tojoin our growing team. As a member of our team, you are actively supporting associates and paralegals, and providing administrative support to help our clients through the corporate life cycle and transactional mandates. Your organizational skills, initiative, and strong work ethic will allow you to coordinate and meet the deadlines of multiple files.
KPMG Law LLP’s Family Office Team assists companies and individuals with estate and wealth planning and corporate reorganizations and restructurings. KPMG Law is involved in each stage of tax driven corporate reorganization work – from planning to implementation.
The position involves working primarily with English speaking clients and the incumbent must be able to communicate with the clients, both verbally and in writing, in English. They also must be able to assist with the preparation of English language documents.
This role is hybrid and requires in-person presence in our Montreal Office.
