A leading refining company in Burlington is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to manage legal and commercial agreements and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting skills, good knowledge of commercial laws, and experience in handling secretarial records. Strong teamwork and analytical skills are essential. This position requires a qualified Company Secretary with ICSI membership and offers a dynamic work environment.

Job Profile: Ensure prompt Secretarial Compliances of the Company and to manage legal and commercial agreements within the management.
The candidate shall possess ability to draft necessary documents including that of resolutions, minutes, letter correspondences, mails thereby assisting in transparent communication within the organization and with stakeholders.
The candidate shall possess good understanding of commercial laws and assist the management in interpreting the nuances of the legal provisions.
Being a Company secretary, the candidate would be required to coordinate with various departments internally to collect & collate data thereby a good team player.
The candidate shall possess working knowledge in MS Office.
The Candidate shall be able to analyse rigorously data and situations, to identify and analyse causes/effects and to select only relevant information to make effective decisions.
The Candidate shall be able to build a logical approach (assess situation, identify causes, target solutions, deploy it) to address problems or manage a situation by drawing references and resources as necessary.
The Candidate shall be able to to determine priorities and allocate time and resources effectively to ensure accomplishment of a specific objective with method and rigor.
