Coffee Equipment Technician

$25 - $35 per hour

We have 40 years of history, and our licensed, factory-trained technicians minimize downtime and prioritize urgent service. A day in the life

In this role, you will be servicing commercial beverage equipment and basic electrical equipment both in field and in shop. This position can lead to continued education and opportunities in the trades field. If you are not currently qualified, we will support your future training and educational goals. Your role will use your industry knowledge to service complex equipment while providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

What you bring
  • Education in appliance or beverage service, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the coffee industry, servicing or preparing coffee, work within the coffee culture
  • Related trade experience is an asset (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding/fabricating, mover, basic construction, etc.)
  • Experience working in the foodservice industry is preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
  • Able to occasionally travel to work at other locations as needed, or travel for training purposes
