What to Expect
  • Coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives for hospital products
  • Act as a clinical and technical expert for ZOLL hospital products
  • Plan, develop, and execute educational and training events in customer accounts
  • Provide direct training to newly hired staff and new customers
  • Collaborate with Territory Manager to build long-lasting customer relationships
What is Required
  • Bachelor's Degree BA or BS preferred
  • RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required
  • AHA Instructor certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a complex environment
