As a Client Service Representative , you'll be at the forefront of our mission to represent our clients' brands and provide exceptional customer service. You'll leverage your knowledge to offer each customer a personalized and comprehensive understanding of the services and products available, ensuring a professional and seamless experience from start to finish.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit exceptional speaking skills to effectively communicate with current and potential customers as a professional and composed customer service representative.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking proactive steps and actively listening to customers when addressing their inquiries about products and services they are interested in or have already purchased.
  • Enhance the sales process by identifying opportunities, understanding customer motivation, and effectively responding to objections.
  • Address challenging customer situations with care and focus on finding solutions to their concerns.
  • Manage the entire sales process from start to finish by overseeing order status and ensuring the timely installation of products/services according to company policies.
  • Participate actively in daily and weekly meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest product and service updates and promotions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Client Service Representative Requirements:

  • The minimum age requirement for this position is 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
  • The position requires full-time availability.
  • This is an in-person role located in Vaughan, and the successful candidate must be willing to commute to the office daily.
  • Although not required, previous experience in customer service and/or sales positions is considered an asset.
  • A diploma or degree in Communications, Business, Advertising, or Sales is preferred for this position.
