When our clients have a questions, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards.
The most important characteristics for our CSR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.
Customer Service
Handling high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
Assisting team members
Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information
You have:
Post-Secondary education (College or University)
2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Team-first mentality
