What it’s like to be a Northbridge Client Bill Representative

When our clients have a question about their billing and premium rates the Client Bill team provide excellent customer service to answer and support their needs.

The most important characteristic of our Client Billing team is the level of customer service they provide, working with clients over the phone or email they respond in a quick timely manner and can come up with payment solutions that suit both the client and the customer.

In supporting the Premium Accounting team, they bill premiums from insureds while also following up on past due premiums, canceling policies, and pursuing outstanding earned premiums. They maintain daily and weekly reports, notify brokers and insureds of missing bank information and payments due, while also auditing files on a regular basis to look ford discrepancies and inconsistencies.
