What You Will Do
  • Sell a range of products (Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone) directly to customers at their homes.
  • Act on provided leads and generate new residential sales in your territory.
  • Represent Rogers in the field, at events, and in following up on inquiries.
  • Build friendly, professional relationships and promptly address post-sales questions.
  • Conduct business in line with the Rogers Business Code of Conduct with safety as a top priority.
What You Bring
  • Proven ability to thrive in sales, working independently to achieve goals.
  • High motivation with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily use.
