The Clerical Officer provides general administrative support, including undertaking basic research and preparing correspondence, notices and other materials. The officer undertakes reception duties, greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information.
If successful, the officer operates and maintains office equipment, monitors and orders office consumables, and assists with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
