• Attend the office daily to hand in paperwork.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in a professional manner.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies and materials.
• Complete maintenance logs for all company truck mounts.
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain IICRC certifications.

Role Overview

The Carpet Cleaner completes residential and commercial carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as directed by the Cleaning Division Manager.

Requirements

• IICRC – CCT and UFT
• IICRC – OCT is desirable
• Minimum 3 years’ experience

KPI’s

• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings according to survey results
• Complete all jobs according to schedule requirements

• Ensure truck mounts are prevented from freezing at all times
• Attend all required meetings
