As the business is entering a new phase of growth, focused on innovation, strategic expansion, and transformational growth with a long-term plan, they are seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can drive growth, scale operations, and guide the financial vision of the firm.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will join the Senior Leadership Team as a key strategic partner guiding and leading business and operations shaping Farber’s next evolution. The CFO will be both strategic and hands-on, bringing analytical, data-driven financial expertise to solve complex business problems in a people-centric culture.

This is a broad leadership role including developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business objectives, leading the annual planning and forecasting cycles, acting as the primary financial liaison to external and internal key stakeholders. As the finance steward, own the core finance and accounting functions delivering best-in-class reporting, cash flow management, risk management, and working capital management. Develop a high-performing team that fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. With the anticipated growth of the business, there will be major initiatives to lead including M&A, technology modernization, automation, and building strategic relationships.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following :

  • 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience with a successful track record ideally in a multi-entity, professional services, or financial services environment
  • Demonstrated experience in driving profitable growth
  • Strategic leader with hands-on leadership, with an operational and technology / data-driven mindset
  • Leader of a high-performance team with expertise in building and coaching for sustainable growth
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Curious, analytical, action-oriented, and innovative
