Manage ordering, inventory control, and stock rotation.

Plan and execute menus, prep schedules, and events.

Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Use a computer for administrative tasks (ordering, scheduling, menu planning).

Act as a mentor for junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of international experience as a Chef, ideally in hotels, franchised chains, or high-volume restaurants (past or current experience accepted).

Proven administrative abilities, including ordering, scheduling, inventory, and prep planning.

Computer literacy for administrative work (computer provided).
