Job Introduction

• Chef de Partie – Shetland Location: Shetland Pay: £14.42 per hour Hours: 73.5 per week Shift Pattern: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off Life in Shetland This role offers the unique chance to live and work in the stunning Shetland Islands. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook meals for 400+ employees
• Lead food preparation in your section
• Support menu planning, ordering, and compliance records
• Train, guide, and develop team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Assist the Head Chef with stock ordering and paperwork
• Follow all HSE standards at all times

• What you bring
  
  

Minimum 2 Years’ Experience In a Professional Kitchen

NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential)

• Experience in menu planning and food production
• Exposure to large-scale or bulk catering
• A hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
