A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join their Older Peoples Services team. The role involves delivering high standards of rehabilitative care for elderly patients in a multidisciplinary environment. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to join the Older Peoples Services based in Ward 6 at Queen Margaret Hospital. The service has 22 inpatient beds. We provide ongoing Assessment and Rehabilitation for our Elderly population. As part of the multidisciplinary team the post holder will contribute to the delivery of rehabilitative care to support and manage patients through their rehabilitation journey towards discharge planning.
