Job Description

Working closely with the Individual Product Development team you will help identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the Life and Living Benefits Insurance Products and supporting services, to drive new revenue and increase profitability, efficiency, and client retention.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for product development activities as a subject matter expert associated with the Life and Living Benefits Insurance solutions, participating in ideation and information gathering of product requirements?
  • Leverage data and insights to drive product innovation and recommendations?
  • Responsible for the development of business cases to support product development initiatives?
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to address ongoing product issues and developments including underwriting, pricing, and operations?
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Life and Living Benefits insurance product management?
  • Experience working with data to generate insights and action plans?
  • Experience developing and presenting compelling business cases?
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills while fostering teamwork?
