Qualifications

• Certified group fitness instructor with a focus on mat Pilates, yoga, mobility, and functional movement.
• 2+ years of instructing experience preferred.
• A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for all fitness levels.

• Prenatal and postpartum certified
