We are looking for people interested in working event shifts only. The shifts are mostly days and evening shifts and on weekends. The shifts will be downtown. You must have good customer service skills and be comfortable working with the public. Training will be provided.

Duties

• Foot patrol of buildings both interior and exterior
• Monitoring access control
• Providing customer service
• Using radio to communicate
• Monitoring situations, property and events
• Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders

Skills/Qualifications

• Skills to deal with challenges and communicate with clients and visitors to the site
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
• Carry out written and verbal instructions
• Security Guard License and security experience

Education

Grade 12 or GED equivalent

Certification

Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
