The Position

As a Banquet Server, your role involves providing excellent food service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat patronage.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at banquet functions and events
• Prepare food and beverages, maintain presentation standards in Entertainment Centre, Concession, and Banquet facilities
• Set up facilities for various functions and events
• Accept payments and balance floats
• Satisfy guest requests
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Require

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Food service and cash handling experience (asset)
• Concession experience including backstage catering, meeting setups, and coffee break service (asset)
• Outgoing personality
• Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
