SUMMARY: Maintain excellent customer service and provide a positive checkout experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers.
  • Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.
  • Greets all customers and display a warm demeanor.
  • Accurately scan or enter product data.
  • Accurately account for cash, coupon, lottery, and PC Optimum transactions.
  • Ask for customer’s PC Optimum card during each transaction.
  • Ensure proper documentation for receipts and returns.
  • Merchandise and maintain designated areas (facing, signing, labeling).
  • Follow loss prevention standards.
  • Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.
  • Present proper image according to Uniform Policy and Dress Code guidelines.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, store policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping and image standards.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
