A professional sports club is seeking new team members to contribute to matchday experiences. Roles include being a brand ambassador, supervisor for youth participants, and operational staff. Ideal candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm, communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence. Applicants must be available for a minimum of fifteen matches during the 2026 season and should possess excellent interpersonal skills.
The Whitecaps FC mission is To Unite and Inspire Our Communities. We are looking for new team members to
contribute to the Vancouver Whitecaps culture by understanding and supporting our four cornerstones: team
spirit, discipline, work ethic and mentality.
The members of the Caps’ Crew Team are an integral part of the Whitecaps FC matchday experience. Members
will work at Vancouver Whitecaps FC home matches at BC Place with the opportunity to engage at other club
events including WFC2 matches and external events. Applicants must be available for a minimum of fifteen (15) First Team matches over the course of the 2026 season.
• All positions include additional duties under the guidance of the Events & Fan Experience team.
In addition to bringing a commitment to Vancouver Whitecaps FC vision and values, the ideal candidate will require a broad base of management knowledge with degrees of demonstrated experience as follows:
Being part of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC match day team provides valuable experience and knowledge about the professional sports industry. Opportunities include networking with Club staff, contacts and partners, and engaging with a community of like-minded peers. In addition, individuals will be able to watch a portion of the match during or after their work is complete.
