A leading engineering consulting firm in York Region is seeking a CAD Manager to lead CAD and BIM standards across civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in CAD Management, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and strong communication skills. What is the role?
As a CAD Manager at LEA, you will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of CAD and BIM standards across civil infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in driving design consistency, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting project teams with technical expertise and strategic guidance. This position requires strong leadership in managing digital design tools and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge‑sharing. You will collaborate closely with engineering leads, project managers, and IT to ensure CAD systems and processes align with both client expectations and internal quality standards.
