A leading insurance firm in Canada is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work closely with stakeholders and project managers, gathering requirements and delivering data-driven recommendations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the insurance sector, and strong analytical and communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary between $62,000 and $75,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Summary
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working with stakeholders and project managers to gather business requirements, test requirements, prioritize projects, and maintain a backlog. She/he will bridge the gap between cross functional teams using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data‑driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

The target salary range for this position is $62,000.00 – $75,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full‑time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
