A leading energy company is seeking a Business Student for a Technology and Innovation role in Calgary. This is an exciting opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and contribute innovative ideas while supporting various business projects. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business and possesses strong analytical skills, a motivated attitude, and attention to detail. The position comes with terms of 8 or 12 months, starting in September 2026, with a comprehensive support system for students.

• Job location: Calgary, AB
• Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday)

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide project and process related support across Technology & Innovation group
• Support business projects in Technology and Innovation group, including Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) claims, funding applications, market fundamentals and economic evaluation of new technologies, and peer competitive analysis
• Support contracts and invoicing logistics for academic collaborations in technology and innovation
• Take on lead role in small projects

What You Bring to The Role:

• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s degree program in Business (Finance, Accounting or Commerce)
• Motivated and positive attitude
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products is considered an asset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
• Experience with financial and data analytics is considered an asset
• High attention to details and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Required to be physically and mentally fit for work
