About myBlueprint

myBlueprint is a leading developer of K‑12 EdTech tools used by over 1 million students across Canada. We create best‑in‑class digital portfolios and career/life planning tools to support student success and documentation of learning. You can learn more about us at www.myBlueprint.ca.

Our vision is to empower every student to thrive and succeed in education, career, and life. We're creating an active and engaging learning environment for all students, and we’re are excited about what's next. Come grow your career with us!

About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll be a key execution partner at the heart of our scaling journey. You will receive hands‑on experience supporting critical operational projects, including a company‑wide product rebrand, crucial data cleanup, and workflow improvements.

This position is a unique opportunity for someone earlier in their career, offering direct exposure to the CEO and senior leadership. You'll move beyond theory to immediately apply your business knowledge in a dynamic EdTech environment.

What You Will Own (Core Outcomes)
  • Project Execution & Change Management Support: Assist with project tracking in Jira, coordinate team communication, and help prepare training and documentation to support the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Financial Data Integrity & Reporting: Execute the hands‑on cleanup and validation of core financial data (ARR, NRR, GRR) in Salesforce and QuickBooks. Support the construction and maintenance of operational dashboards and reports to drive faster, data‑driven decisions.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Assist in identifying and documenting friction points in key cross‑functional workflows (e.g., Sales‑to‑Product handoffs). Execute the necessary setup and testing for streamlined solutions, including leveraging AI and no‑code tools (like Zapier or Make) to reduce manual effort.
What You Will Bring (Experience, Skills, and Mindset)

We're looking for someone whose primary motivation is to help a business grow and who views change as an opportunity. You should possess a strong academic foundation and a deep desire to be a hands‑on generalist and strategic executor.

  • Growth Mindset & Curiosity: You are a naturally curious person, genuinely eager to learn and apply new skills fast. You don't shy away from ambiguity; you actively seek out challenges and are comfortable launching initiatives with the belief that we'll refine them as we go. You are excited to experiment with new technologies—including AI, Zapier, or other no‑code tools—to improve how we work.
  • A Passion for Process & People: You are deeply fascinated by organizational change and how teams succeed or fail based on their workflows. You're motivated to dig into the why behind friction points and truly enjoy finding ways to make the business run cleaner and more efficiently.
  • Systems & Data Literacy: You are confident with data. You have strong foundational skills in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and can confidently manage and analyze information. Learning new systems is something you look forward to, and you are comfortable rapidly mastering tools like Salesforce, Jira, and QuickBooks.
  • Hands‑On Execution & Generalist Drive: You thrive on getting into the details. You are comfortable juggling multiple, diverse priorities across the business and willingly dive into the high‑volume, hands‑on work.
This Role Is Not For You If…
  • You prefer having a structured process for every task. We need you to be comfortable with ambiguity and proactively create the process where none exists.
  • You are uncomfortable presenting findings or discussing projects directly with senior leaders. We require the ability to clearly and confidently communicate your data, progress, and suggested next steps with the leadership team.
  • You rarely experiment with new technologies like AI, no‑code, or advanced automation tools. We expect you to be a proactive adopter, constantly seeking and implementing new efficiencies to improve workflows.
  • You expect someone else to support with the detailed, hands‑on work of auditing, cleaning, and validating core data in our systems. We need you to take direct ownership of data integrity, including the manual work required for cleanup and validation.
  • You require frequent check‑ins or detailed instructions to move a project forward. We expect you to take the ball and run, demonstrating strong independent execution with minimal direction. While there will be managers available to provide strategic input and answer questions, we cannot hand‑hold through every step.
Our Team

Our team is full of talented and purpose‑driven people who are dedicated to making an impact in the education technology industry. We are incredibly proud of the work we do. Joining our team means embracing a high‑performance culture that aligns with our core values. Here’s what you can realistically expect:

Accountability: We take ownership of our work and responsibilities. You'll manage a dynamic workload and may face occasional extra hours during peak periods. Our team thrives under pressure, and we hold ourselves accountable for delivering results and meeting high standards. You won't be a good fit if you're not comfortable with a demanding work environment and fluctuating workloads.

Collaboration: We enhance each other's success through effective teamwork and shared goals. While most of our work is remote, we gather in the office 1‑2 times a month. These in‑person meetings are essential for fostering strong relationships and ensuring productive collaboration. You won't be a good fit if you prefer not to engage in occasional in‑person meetings or if you struggle with remote teamwork.

Growth: We are dedicated to continuous improvement and professional development. You'll be presented with challenges that promote learning and growth in your role. We offer opportunities for skill‑building and career advancement to support your ongoing progress. You won't be a good fit if you're not open to taking on new challenges and actively seeking personal and professional growth.

Adaptability: We operate in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly. You'll need to adapt to changing conditions and manage multiple tasks efficiently. You'll thrive here if you excel in a dynamic setting and embrace change. You won't be a good fit if you struggle with having a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities.

Transparency: We prioritize clear and open communication. We're upfront about our expectations and recognize that this type of work environment is not for everyone. Accurate and honest interactions are key to ensuring you have a clear understanding of your role and responsibilities. You won't be a good fit if you are uncomfortable with open communication and transparent feedback.

Community: We work with individuals who are genuinely passionate about education and our mission to support student success. Our team is committed to making a meaningful impact, and we seek those who share this dedication and enthusiasm for our mission. You won't be a good fit if you're not passionate about our mission or if you don't share our commitment to making a difference with our products and services.
