Job Summary
The Business Information Management Specialist will act as a senior data and risk analytics leader, supporting audit and regulatory programs while advancing enterprise data strategies. This role will leverage Python, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, and AI tools (including Copilot) to deliver data insights, build executive dashboards, and forecast emerging risk patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data-centric solutions for audit, regulatory, and risk management programs
- Execute advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive models for risk forecasting
- Translate complex datasets into executive-level dashboards and reports
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations
- Design and maintain ETL processes, data repositories, warehouses, and marts
- Mentor junior analysts and drive adoption of data automation and visualization tools
- Conduct root cause analysis of compliance and audit findings
- Support development of data roadmaps, governance, and enterprise data model adoption
- Build advanced reporting and visualization solutions (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Collaborate with audit, compliance, and governance stakeholders
Required Experience
- 7+ years in business information management, data analytics, or risk data roles
- Strong background in audit and regulatory data analysis
- Experience with SQL, Python, Access, and Power Platform tools
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Banking or financial services industry experience
- Familiarity with audit methodologies in FI organizations
