Qualifications

Responsibilities
Sales
- Support the sales team in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Assist with managing inventory levels across multiple sites.
- Develop and grow lumber sales with existing and new customers.
- Optimize lumber inventory management to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lumber manufacturers and distributors.
- Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and strategy.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and production facilities.
- Track and analyze sales activities using data analytics.
- Communicate regularly with customers and third‑party partners.
- Occasional travel required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Logistics
- Support the freight team to ensure daily operational needs of multiple sawmills are met.
- Prepare reports on trucking, shipments, and inventory activities.
