Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through social media, digital outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct virtual consultations (phone/Zoom) to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Use exceptional communication skills to conduct structured interviews with prospects.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the global team and participate in training to remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Operate independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
About You
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Marketing or lead-generation experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems and online collaboration tools.
