Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, ideally from sectors such as construction, energy, engineering, industrial services, accounting & finance, or professional services or a fast-paced, results oriented b2b sales environment. Experience in recruitment is nice to have but not required.
  • Demonstrated drive, accountability, and professionalism — balanced with creativity and transparency.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Post-secondary education in business, human resources, engineering, commerce, or a related field.
