Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of e-Commerce and Advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Demand Tech Omnichannel Supply team to help accelerate our business in Canada. You will manage a book of strategic publishers and partner with buyers and sellers to provide strategic supply curation and direction across Streaming TV, web and app inventory.

About the role: Business Development Manager

In this role, you will spearhead strategic supply discovery and adoption, launching new omnichannel publisher and supply integrations and executing bespoke strategic initiatives. You’ll partner with internal teams and external customers to ensure supply activation is promoted and executed successfully across Amazon DSP and O&O properties.

You will also optimize publisher and ad exchange partner integrations, develop go-to-market plans to accelerate open internet supply adoption, and provide data-driven insights to improve our advertising programs. Collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams is key to developing pipeline generation and maturation strategies.

Benefits and Salary

Benefits include competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The base salary range for this role is $114,800/year to $191,800/year, with potential for equity, sign-on payments, and additional compensation components.
