Our client is looking for a Business Analyst (PRINCE2 and Prosci) remote across Canada!

Must Have Primary Skills
  • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
  • Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification.
  • Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis.
  • 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role performing analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making gap recommendations to stakeholders.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills
  • 7 years’ experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment.
  • 3 years’ experience in a project management or project team lead role with duties including coordinating implementations, managing timelines, and developing plans.
  • 5 years’ experience developing promotional material and communications to promote the adoption and use of a new information system in healthcare environment.
  • 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems.
Proven Experience In

The service will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide Kramer efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, identify gaps, and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate business and clinical stakeholder engagement to support healthcare delivery transformation initiatives.
  • Support change management activities, including adoption planning, communications,Hot stakeholder readiness.
  • Contribute to implementation planning, timeline coordination, and delivery support for technology-enabled initiatives.
  • Develop documentation, process models, and analysis artifacts aligned with industry best practices.
  • Enable efficient and effective information management and communication technology processes across the healthcare sector.
