Our client's Financing and Trading department manages structured financing transactions initiated primarily by the Global Banking and Advisory department, as well as the orchestration of digital strategies and the delivery and maintenance of the Financing and Trading department's IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in project and application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a complex financial environment, regionally and/or globally.
• Gather and translate client’s functional needs into technical requirements.
• Provide functional and technical expertise, document system requirements and support runbooks.
• Read, understand, and write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Implement and automate test scenarios.
• Liaise with development teams across various locations.
• Understand regulatory constraints.
• Review and resolve functional issues, support incident reporting.
• Partner with development and support teams for release management and quality support.
• Provide user training and manage client relationships.
• Train new joiners on responsibilities and IT procedures.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 3+ years as Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with LoanIQ systems.
• Strong communication and understanding of financial products.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, proactive.
• Technical stack includes SQL, databases, Microsoft Office, Autosys, File Transfer standards, Windows/Linux, LoanIQ.

Nice to Have:

• Programming skills and experience.
• Continuous integration experience.
• Experience in a global financial IT environment.
• Financial industry experience.
• Support role experience in financial services.

Language:

English and French communication skills required due to interaction with global clients.
