A leading financial insights firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage invoicing and accounts receivable processes. The role involves collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. This position is fully remote, and we welcome applications from qualified candidates located anywhere within Canada. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the invoicing and accounts receivable collection process. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and assist with accounts receivable collections. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hard-working, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve billing issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Assisting in various ad-hoc projects and process improvements as needed.
