What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise clients on learning and development strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, acting as a strategic partner

- Provide executive coaching to C‑suite and senior leaders, utilizing evidence‑based methodologies
- Administer and interpret psychometric assessments to support talent decisions and development planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree and certification in Adult Education or a Certified Training & Development Professional designation (CTDP) is ideal; a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or Business is relevant
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent development, leadership consulting, or organizational development
- Proven track record in executive coaching and leadership program design
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Certification in one or more psychometric tools (e.g., Success Finder, Hogan, EQ-i, DISC)
